Haresh Surti, the founder of Relianse Global in 2015, who holds the position of President and CEO, propelling the firm's success in strategically acquiring diverse properties including hotels, shopping centers, offices, apartments, restaurants, and manufacturing businesses to maximize investor returns. With a robust background spanning real estate, restaurant, and manufacturing industries, he brings invaluable expertise in budgeting, operations, and optimization. Prior to Relianse Global, he excelled as Division Director of Continuous Improvement and Quality at Johnson Controls, a global leader in automotive parts and building efficiency solutions.
Anthony Illanarelli, a dynamic professional with a solid educational foundation, earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSE) and later pursued an MBA in Finance, both from Gannon University. He currently excels at US Corrosion Technologies as a valued team member since January 2018, contributing his expertise to the production and development of innovative anti-corrosion products and equipment across various industries. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Interface Performance Materials, overseeing impactful manufacturing across diverse industries.

Rick Geissler, an accomplished professional with an extensive career, holds an EMBA from the University of Milwaukee Wisconsin's Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of River Falls Wisconsin. With a career spanning roles such as the Vice President of Operations at FlowTherm Systems within California Hydronics Corporation and the SR Global Integrated Supply Chain (Operations) Director at Honeywell, Rick brings over two decades of expertise in spearheading strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and driving business growth through their skills in business management, logistics, project planning, sales, and continuous improvement.
Stacy Smith, with a robust background in hospitality management, this individual brings extensive experience to the role of Regional Service Manager at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts. Previously, she held the position of General Manager at Residence Inn by Marriott, making significant contributions to the establishment's success over an 8-month period. Additionally, her experience includes a 5-month tenure as an Area Manager at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Their skill set encompasses various areas such as business management, customer service, finance, sales, and operations management. Notably, these skills have consistently been applied to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
